Angraecum praestans Schltr. (1925)

Geographical origin:

It grows epiphytically, mostly on tamarind trees, at altitude of 0-100m.
It inhabits sandy, dry woods, especially near the coast.

Culture :

This species can withstand dry conditions.
Because of its size, it is better to grow it in a pot with very coarse fir bark mix., with possibly a few chopped sphagnum.
Intermediate to war conditions, bright light but no direct sun.
