Angraecum obesum H. Perr. (1938)

  


Geographical origin:

It grows epiphytically on tree trunks, or among rocks, in moss forest at elevation of 1200 - 1500m in East-central Madagascar.
 
 
Culture :

This species can be grown mounted on slabs, or in pot in a mix of medium barks and chopped sphagnum.
Low or medium light and require at least a weekly watering but with frequent misting.
During winter the watering can reduced to one every two weeks
Intermediate temperatures suit this species.
